Morning of Design | A creative holiday treat

Morning of Design, is an annual National Capital Area Garden Club (NCAGC) event for our garden club members. Held by the NCAGC Judges’ Council, 2020 is District IV's turn to host.

One of our festive favorites, Betty Ann Galway, certified floral designer, has a true passion for flowers. She shares this joy as the coordinator for the participating designers.
