We welcome Betty Ann Galway Certified Floral Designer, inducted into the American Institute of Floral Design in 2019.  As an Adult Education Director for the Norfolk Botanical Garden, she launched the Floral Design Certification Program.  She currently serves on the National Capital Area and Tidewater Judges Councils. 

She will make six designs for us and explain how to do the mechanics for each of the designs.
