James McGlone, PhD, an Urban Forest Conservationist at the Virginia Department of Forestry will discuss tree diseases and our native dogwoods. He will also bring bare root buttonbush trees for all garden club members to take home and plant. Bring a container with soil to transport your tree.
Please wear your mask, bring a drink and snacks, and remember to stay a safe distance from your club mates.
We are collecting cereal and any other shelf stable items you want to donate for the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry.
